Two ways to build: on our own account, or on contract
Vedic Construction undertakes building construction in two formal ways. We develop projects on our own account, and we carry out building work on a fee or contract basis for clients who supply their own drawings.

Own-account construction
We initiate and manage the building work ourselves, overseeing the site, materials and programme from start to finish. Each stage is planned in advance and checked against the agreed schedule before the next begins.
Fee or contract
Fee and contract construction
We carry out construction to the architectural and engineering drawings supplied by the client. Scope, fee and programme are agreed in writing before work starts, and we deliver the building to those documents.

From specification review to handover

Specification review
We review the drawings and specification to confirm scope, materials and the standards that apply.

Site setup
We establish the site, arrange access and programme the sequence of building work with clear milestones.

Construction
We carry out the building work stage by stage, checking progress and materials against the plan.

Final inspection and handover
We complete a final inspection and hand the building over on the scheduled date.
